And yet, it can be extremely difficult to make major lifestyle changes. When it comes to plant-based eating, for examle, you may wonder how you'll ever give up cheese, learn new ways of cooking, or replace eggs in recipes. You may be worried about how your family will react and how you'll navigate social situations and holidays. Let's face it: change is not easy. But it can be a whole lot easier with a seasoned guide in your corner.

When you work with me, you have a guide to help you navigate the new waters of lifestyle change. You have a partner in creating sustainable behavior change who has been plant-based for well over a decade, has extensive training in both plant-based nutrition and coaching (as well as fitness, yoga, mindfulness, Ayurveda, and other wellness modalities). You have a skilled professional who takes an integrative approach to help you tap into your strengths and achieve your goals.

Working with me doesn't mean you have to go plant-based overnight or even at all.  My clients are often people who are simply interested in adding more plants to their diet, exercising more, reducing stress, getting better sleep, building stronger relationships, and thriving more. As a health coach, I am your advocate for living the life you want to lead. Together, we explore the food and lifestyle choices that best support you and--most importantly--set achievable goals and strategies to help you succeed in implementing them. Your path toward a healthy and vibrant life will not look like anyone else's, and the changes you decide to make are entirely up to you.
